Moms,
I wanted to give a little advice to you ladies to pass on to "The Anonymous Dad"
I can't imagine how in the world a couple could deal with not only the miscarriage but cancer as well. My wife and I were talking about it and would suggest some form of couples therapy as well as one on one for both of them. To say they both have "alot" on their minds is the understatement of the year. And to top it all off they have to keep a brave face for the other little one at home too? WOW!
As for Dad, as a loving husband, my suggestion would be to give her some space and not coddle her too much. but at the same time, be loving, campassionate and understanding if she happens to have an "off" day. Take on as much of the responsibility with the "little one" as you possibly can and be a "listening ear" for your wife, in case she needs to vent. In short, just love her man. After all, thats what you both need right now, more than anything. There is nothing in this world stronger than a loving family!
